1) Are you a factory or trading company?
We have our own factory. Welcome to visit our factory in Dongguan, China.
2) How can I get a sample to check your quality?
We can send you the samples for free ( depends on the kinds and QTY of samples)
3) How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay for the sample charge and we confirm the drawing with each other, the samples will be ready for 2-5 days. The samples will be sent to you via express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
4) Can you do the OEM/ ODM for us?
Yes. We are warmly welcome OEM/ ODM orders, We are professional factory specializes in tempered screen protector with more than 12 years of OEM or ODM experience.
5) What payment terms can I use?
You can pay by using T/T（bank transfer), Credit card ( Visa or mastercard ), Online bank transfer, Ali Pay-later function.We can accept 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.
6) What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 5 to15 days.Generally speaking,all of the goods can be reach your address within 4 weeks. ( Note: Many businessman purchase in the 2-3 month before Christmas, so that period of shipment will be slow. Please contact us in advance to arrange production & shipment to make sure your goods arrive your
market in time！)
7) If the product is damaged when I receive, what should we do?
For product quality problem, we will refund or re-send the new products to you. For transportation problem, we will claim compensation from the shipping company or insurance company according to the practical situation.
8) How do I place orders?
1. Please talk to us about your requirements. ( like products, package, quanlity, sample, logo, delivery time ect.)
2. We'll negotiate with you and confirm all the information.
3. You make payment. The Invoice will be sent to you beforemaking payment.
4. We arrange production, shipment and give you the tracking number.
5. You get the goods and give us feedback.
6.After-sale sevice. We will try our best to solve all problems.
